We campaign to secure the rights of British citizens living abroad.

The challenges they face are not inevitable. With collective action and political will, we can overcome them once and for all.

But we know we can’t do it alone. We work alongside British citizens overseas who have lived experience of the challenges caused by unfair legislation, with BOVF campaigners, allies, and politicians to achieve the lasting changes needed to ensure fairness for British citizens living overseas.

We use research and evidence to campaign for policy changes in the UK on various issues, including frozen pensions, voting rights, university fees, bank account access, and immigration policies affecting overseas spouses.
